Glass doors have unique locks that do not have the usual lock latch. When such a door opens, the side surface of the door panel remains in one plane with the aluminum door profile. When the door closes, the neodymium magnet pulls the latch into the strike plate guaranteeing an exclusively quiet door operation.
The door lock can be locked with a key on both sides or it may have a thumb turn on one of the sides. Glass doors can also be made without any locks, just with a selected handle.
